Mr. Sumant Bakshi

Completed his MBA with specialization in Marketing in 1968 from MONIRBA, Allahabad (India) University. He has a corporate experience of over 32 Years. He has been with Multinational corporations- Proctor & Gamble, Glaxo, and Brooke Bond in positions of Managerial responsibility in fields such as Marketing, General Management and Exports Management. Mr. Sumant was involved with the setting-up of a joint venture between Guinness Plc London, and the UB Group, Bangalore, India. He was appointed the First CEO of this joint venture, with the responsibility for all Federal government clearances to ensure start-up of its commercial operations. Since 2013, Mr. Sumant has been sharing his corporate experience and body of knowledge with students studying at Business Schools, for their Masters and similar training programmes. Areas of interest are Marketing and Career Management. Some of these schools include  The Management University of Africa, Nairobi, Kenya, and the Royal Institute of Management, at Thimpu, Bhutan. He is also a Consultant to Danfoss (India) – a Danish engineering company headquartered in Chennai.

Mr. Sivarajah Ramanathan

He is currently the JMD of Winways Systems Private Limted.  Mr. Sivarajah Ramanathan is the Founder & President of Nativelead Foundation and its investing off shoot Native Angels Network (NAN).  He started his entrepreneurial journey in the year 1991 at the age of 22  along with his friends in the IT industry, distrubuting computers.  His company introduced many first time technology advancements like MNC PCs, Fax machines, X.400 based email, Internet, Mobile phones and Open Source Software to Madurai by partnering with appropriate principle companies.  Later, Mr. Sivarajah founded APR Bristol, a CRM product development company which was later acquired by a large Chennai based software house.  In 2003, driven by the interest for the Open Source Philosophy, he co-founded Winways, an open source focused software company and worked on a product to create the world's first customizable online printing services in association with a leading Sivakasi based printing house.  Later, he founded Nativelead, a platform to bring in powerful resources like mentors, investors and other relevant entities to help young entrepreneurs establish meaningful ventures in small towns.

Dr. V. Prasanna Bhat

He is a Corporate Advisor in Chennai and was the former Advisor at Shriram Group, Chennai.  Dr. V. Prasanna Bhat has a long banking / financial / consultancy career of over 40 years.  At the end of his career, for one year he was Advisor of Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, RIYADH (Equivalent of Reserve Bank in India) between 1998-99.  Just before that, he was Managing Director of ITCOT (Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organisation of Tamil Nadu Ltd), a quasi Government Organization at Madras for nearly four years (1994-98).  For one & half years, he was General Manager of SANGLI Bank Ltd.  In Karnataka Bank Ltd., he worked for 20 years and has served in various senior capacities, starting as a direct recruit officer & reaching Asst. General Manager position.  Dr. V. Prasanna Bhat is academically qualified with M.Sc., M.B.A, PGDPM, CAIIB, Ph.D. (Financial Management) and holds PG Diploma in Personnel Management with a gold medal awarded by American Society for Advancements of Management.  He has over 300 papers / articles published to his credit which have appeared in reputed Journals and Periodicals.  He has delivered over 800 guest lectures in various forums, including the leading Management and Training Institutions in India and abroad.  He has reviewed over fifty technical books, and conducted Faculty Development Programs in Engineering  / MBA Colleges.

Mr C.V. Lakshmi Narayanan

Born in Coimbatore, and a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Govt College of Technology, Coimbatore in 1984.  Currently, the Vice President of the GCT Alumni Association and a Member of the Board of Governors - GCT, Coimbatore.  Mr. Lakshmi Narayanan is a first generation Entrepreneur, and took the plunge immediately after college.  Managed a service centre for TATA passenger cars in Coimbatore since 1985, till 2015.  Was involved in servicing products of Rane TRW power steering systems and Knorr Bremse Air brake systems for Commercial Vehicles.  Currently involved in a manufacturing unit, exporting marine accessories.  He likes to get involved in mentoring students and startup teams.

Mr. R Kesavamurthi

An Electronics Engineer from PSG Tech, Coimbatore and a Management Graduate from IIM Calcutta, he has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, consultancy, teaching and training.  He has taken up more than 200 consultancy assignments in the areas of Quality, Supply Chain, Strategy and HR.  Has carried out Market Survey in Supply Chain and HR areas for Corporate and MSME clients, and has recruited over 5000 personnel for industries.  He likes to share his vast experience with MBA students and mentors them in Quality, Supply chain and Strategy areas.  He has travelled all over India and to other countries for consultancy assignments.

Ms. CA Neha Jain

Completed CA in 2012, and B.Com from T.S.R. & T.B.K. College of Commerce and Management, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in 2009.  Ms Neha Jain secured 2nd rank in Andhra University in B.Com.  She qualified in the CA (final) examination in the First attempt.  She is a Practising Chartered Accountant and Consultant at A.C. Jain & Co., Coimbatore, and also a Faculty for Direct Taxes at Coimbatore Branch of ICAI.  She was practising in Rao and Shyam Chartered Accountants, Vizag, from October 2012 and June 2016.  She is a regular speaker at Chartered Accountants Seminars, and Study Circle Meetings.

Mr. K. Venkatramanan

An alumnus of IIM Calcutta with rich experience in consulting and industry.  Had worked with different companies including Aditya Birla Retail Limited, Pantaloon Retail Limited, Infosys Technologies, Tata Strategic Management Group and Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited.  Headed functions and managed critical roles that have significant impact on bottomline, long-term competitiveness and growth.  Areas of expertise include Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, Strategic Development, Order Management, 3rd Party Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Operations Scale-up, Cost Reduction and Change Management.  Built high performance teams, has appetite for learning, and believe in Team Work.  Currently, working as independent management consultant and also associated as visiting faculty with IIFMT, IMT and symbiosis.

Dr. A. Venkata Ramana Acharyulu

He has over 25 years of experience in industry and academics.  He has held important positions in development and corporate in NDDB, Cooperative Development Foundation (CDF), Hyderabad, NTGCF (now FES), Anand and Maxwoth Orchards India Ltd., A.P.  He has served as Associate Professor in Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore and XIMB, Bhubaneswar, served as Head-Education & Research at CII Institute of Logistics, Chennai, and as Director, Pioneer School of Management, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.  He has taught at KIIT School of Rural Management, TAPMI and XIME.

Mr. P. Mohan

Started his career in Syndicate Bank as probationary officer at Mumbai branch during 1971.  He worked as Assistant Manager and incharge of Forex wing of Mumbai and Chennai Main Branch until 1980.  Took the responsibility as branch head at Puri (Orissa), Salem, Tirunelveli and Chennai city - 1980 - 82, 83 - 96.  Worked as Principal, Staff Training College at Bangalore from 1996 - 98.  Promoted as Divisional Manager and placed as Head of HRDD at Bank's Head office, Manipal - 1998.  Elevated as Asst. General Manager (AGM) - 1999 and continued as chief of HRDD.   Posted to Bank's Inspection wing at Meerut to look after the audit & inspection of UP zone.  Retired under VRS scheme from the Syndicate bank and joined in the LVB Ltd.  He has 38 years of service in Banking sector.

Mr. K. Ravishankar

B.Sc. (Hon) from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta and with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta, has 30+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing (domestic and international markets).  Resource mobilization in 'for-profit' and 'not for profit' organizations in various industries - Pharmaceuticals, Industrial, Office Automation, IT, Higher Education and Social Sector.
