The Computer Centre at Jansons School of Business is responsible for a network of Computers with intranet and internet facilities. There are computers installed at the Computer Centre in the Academic Block, and also at classrooms, administrative office, syndicate rooms, conference hall, and hostels. All faculty members are given laptops, which are regularly maintained by the Computer Centre.
The Computer Centre also takes care of the wi-fi enabled campus that JSB is. The Hostel blocks are connected with Fiber Optic Connectivity with the main block.
Legal copies of all the important software have been installed in the all the Desktops and Servers. All the computers have Core 2 Duo, i3, i5 & i7 processors to enable high speed processing, and are linked together and connected to the internet through a dedicated Broadband connectivity with the capacity of 100 Mbps (1:1). Set up in a class room mode with an LCD projector, the Computer Centre facilitates quick learning and mastering of computer packages.
