Jansons School of Business conducted a CXO Confluence on “AI-Powered Talent Acquisition” for its MBA-HR specialisation students.

The session was delivered by Mr Saravanan Thangavel, Chief People Officer, Metley Human Capital Solutions, and explored the use of ChatGPT Plus, Gemini Pro and Claude across the recruitment lifecycle, from job description creation and candidate sourcing to resume screening, interviewing, communication and recruitment analytics.

Through practical exercises and a simulated recruitment case, students experienced how AI can make talent acquisition more structured, efficient and evidence-driven.
