Jansons School of Business conducted a Corporate Confluence on 28th February 2026 on the theme “Problem–Solution Fit: A Systematic Approach to Innovation for Startups.” The session was delivered by Mr Vishal Vijay Nair, Senior Entrepreneurship Educator, Wadhwani Foundation, Bengaluru.

The session emphasised understanding customer needs through empathy, validating problems before building solutions, and focusing on sustainable business models. Highlighting the idea to “fall in love with the problem, not the solution,” the talk offered practical insights for aspiring entrepreneurs.

The program was insightful and provided valuable guidance for students interested in innovation and entrepreneurship.
