On 25th August 2025, Jansons School of Business hosted a Corporate Confluence on the theme “Navigate Your Career: The Project Management Advantage.”

The session was led by Dr B Shyam Sundar, FIIE, Ph.D, Director – Strategies, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Service Global Inc., who emphasized the vital role of project management in career growth.

He highlighted how projects—being temporary, unique, and evolving—emerge from an organization’s mission, vision, and strategic goals, and are often driven by market demand, social needs, and technological advancements.

The session offered students practical insights on how project management empowers them to plan effectively, adapt to challenges, and achieve long-term success in their careers.
