Jansons School of Business organized an Alumni Confluence on the theme “Campus to Corporate.”

The session was led by Mr. Harshal Pillay H, Senior Executive – Corporate Sales, Info Edge India Ltd (Naukri.com), Coimbatore, who shared valuable insights on bridging the gap between academic learning and corporate expectations.

He emphasized the essential shifts students must make to succeed in dynamic business environments, particularly in Marketing and Sales roles.

Mr. Harshal also walked the students through the recruitment process, highlighting the importance of internships, campus drives, group discussions, and interviews in assessing communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, and cultural fit.

The session inspired students to understand that courage, adaptability, vision, and internship experience are key to making a successful transition from campus to corporate.
