Jansons School of Business hosted a Faculty Development Programme on “AI for Human-Centered Teaching and Learning” on 12th October 2026.

Led by Dr. Mario David, Vice President – Organizational Development at JPMorganChase & Co., the session explored how AI can support course design and teaching preparation while keeping human values at the centre.

“Human-Centricity” became the guiding theme, highlighting the importance of balancing technological advancement with empathy, creativity, and meaningful human connection. AI may transform how we teach, but the human connection will always define how we inspire.
