Jansons School of Business is delighted to share that the Pre-Conference Workshop on “Ontological Underpinning and Qualitative Research”, held as part of JSB ICon 2025 – International Conference on Contemporary Research in Business Management, was conducted on 12 December 2025.

The workshop was led by Dr Aby Abraham, Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, whose engaging sessions deepened participants’ understanding of philosophical foundations, research paradigms, and qualitative research design. Research scholars and faculty members participated actively, creating an enriching space for dialogue, reflection, and academic exchange.
