The Jewellery Executive Management Program (JEMP) was successfully conducted at Jansons School of Business in collaboration with The Institute of Gems and Jewellery, marking a meaningful step in industry-focused executive education.

The session began with a warm welcome by Mr Amjad Shahir, CEO of IGJ. The program was formally inaugurated by Dr A G V Narayanan, Director, JSB, who emphasised the vital role of industry–academia collaboration in nurturing future-ready professionals for the jewellery sector.

The keynote address by Mr Muthu Venkatram, President, Coimbatore Jewellery Manufacturers Association, offered rich insights into emerging trends, craftsmanship excellence, and leadership in the evolving jewellery industry.

The program served as a vibrant platform for knowledge sharing, professional upskilling, and stronger engagement between academia and industry, reaffirming JSB’s commitment to specialized executive education.

On 11.02.2026, Dr.Devi Premnath, Professor at JSB, led an engaging session on Digital Customer Experience, Branding, and AI integration. The session featured a hands-on workshop that shared practical strategies to strengthen brand value and elevate customer engagement in today’s evolving jewellery market.

The highly interactive format fostered knowledge exchange, industry reflection, and actionable takeaways for participants.

The valedictory session of the Jewellery Executive Programme was successfully held on 12.02.2026 at Jansons School of Business.

On this occasion, Dr. A G V Narayanan, Director, JSB, presented mementoes to the resource persons in appreciation of their valuable insights and dedicated engagement with participants.
