JSB Centre for Management Development, in association with NIPM Coimbatore Chapter, successfully conducted a Management Development Program on “Emotional Intelligence in the Age of Artificial Intelligence” on Saturday, 20th September 2025.

The program featured insightful sessions by Dr.Savithri Ram & Arul Senthil B, enabling participants to explore the growing importance of Emotional Intelligence in today’s AI-driven workplace. The program highlighted how Emotional Intelligence (EI) – the ability to understand, manage, and respond to emotions – is becoming increasingly vital in today’s AI-driven workplaces.

Participants gained perspectives on:
· Recognizing and regulating emotions for better decision-making
· Building empathy and social awareness in professional settings
· Managing relationships and responding to workplace challenges effectively
· Leveraging EI as a complement to Artificial Intelligence for sustainable leadership and well-being
