Jansons School of Business (JSB), Coimbatore, through its Centre for Faculty Development, successfully hosted a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Generative AI Foundations: Mindset, Communication & Guardrails” on 20th August 2025.

The session was led by Mr. Vaasudevan Kidaambi, International Author, Speaker & Business Transformation Consultant, who shared powerful insights on the transformative potential of Generative AI. He emphasized the need for the right mindset, effective communication, and ethical guardrails to leverage AI responsibly.

Faculty members from both JSB and Jansons Institute of Technology (JIT) actively participated, making the session highly interactive and thought provoking.

This initiative reflects JSB’s commitment to faculty development and its vision to integrate emerging technologies into teaching and research.
