Jansons School of Business hosted the National Institute of Personnel Management - (NIPM) India - JSB Student Chapter's first event 'CHRO Panel Discussion'.

The dignitaries from the NIPM Coimbatore chapter Mr.Meenakshisundaram, Chairman; Mr. M. Srinivasan, Vice Chairman; Mr. R. Jebakumar, Secretary; Mr.Muthuvelappan, Past Chairman; Mr.P. Gandhimathinathan, Past Chairman; Dr. Y.E. Sridhar, Past Chairman; and Mr. N Janakiram Raju, former chairman and managing director of BASF Bangladesh Ltd., joined as panelists to share their insights with JSB students.

Students interacted with the guests to gain knowledge pertaining to the areas related to technology, work-life balance, career growth and many more topics.

Mr. Muthuvelappan encouraged the students to choose specializations based on their interests rather than market demands. Mr. M. Srinivasan advised the students to be happy at work, which leads to corporate success. All the guests shared their corporate experiences while answering the questions. Dr. Arul Senthil B Senthil, Faculty, JSB delivered the Vote of Thanks and concluded the panel discussion.
