Profile

She has 11 years of experience in teaching and handles various subjects in Human Resources. Currently she is doing her Doctoral Research in PSG Institute of Management studies on the topic “downsizing and turnover of employees in the current economic crisis”. She has published articles in various national and international journals. She also has presented papers in six national and three international level conferences which include the 3^rd doctoral colloquium at IIM, Ahmedabad.
