Profile

Dr.C.Nateson is a Professor in the area of Accounting and Finance. He has a rich academic experience spanning over 32 years starting from 1986. His areas of interest are Banking, Financial Services, Strategic Cost Management and Accounting. He has guided eight research scholars at M.Phil level and nine research scholars at Ph.D level.  Two Ph.D Scholars are awaiting for their Public Viva-Voce. He has served as Chairman of Board of Studies for Master of Finance and Control programme at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He has also served as Board of studies member for many institutions. With a number of articles published in refereed journals to his credit, he has also written several cases in Management.

Mrs.K.Karhikai, who has registered for her PhD programme on 02.03.2009, submitted her thesis to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, titled, "Foreign Direct Investment-Growth, Determinants and its effects on the Indian Economy" and the public viva voce was conducted on 18.12.2015 and degree was conferred to her.

Mr.R.Palaniswamy, who has registered for his PhD programme on 01.07.2009, submitted his thesis to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, titled "Impact of Emotional Intelligence and Work Life Balance on Job Satisfaction and Productivity Among Physical Directors in Tamilnadu" and the public viva voce was conducted on 09. 04.2016 and degree was conferred to him.

Mrs. S.Shweta, who has registered for her PhD programme on 01.10.2010, submitted her thesis to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, titled "Women Empowerment through Self Help Groups in Four Selected Districts of Tamilnadu" and the public viva voce was conducted on 14.07.2017 and degree was conferred to her.

Mr.K.M.Devaraj, who has registered for his PhD programme on 01.10.2009, submitted his thesis to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, titled "A Study on Service Convenience Model with Respect to Mobile Commerce and Payment" and the public viva voce was conducted on 11.08.2017 and degree was conferred to him.

Mr.T.Sundareswaran, who has registered for his PhD programme on 01.07.2009, submitted his thesis to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, titled "Investment Pattern and Risk Perception Among the College Teachers in Coimbatore City" and the public viva voce was conducted on 09.02.2018 and degree was conferred to him.

Mr.P.T.Muralidharan who has registered for his PhD programme on 01.10.2009, submitted his thesis to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, titled "Financial Performance of Cement Companies in India" and the public viva voce was conducted on 08.02.2019 and degree was conferred to him.

Mr.R.Thangaraju who has registered for his PhD programme on 01.04.2010, submitted his thesis to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, titled "An Empirical Study on Testing the Weak and Semi Strong Efficiency of Indian Capital Market" and the public viva voce was conducted on 22.03.2019 and degree was conferred to him.
