Rotary club of Coimbatore uptown organized Youth leadership programme, “RYLA” in association with Jansons School of Business on 21^st February 2010. The function was graced by the presence of Mr.Sundara Vadivelu, Special Public Prosecutor, CBI, as the chief guest. His talk on Leadership enlightened our path of management career. Being a leading criminal lawyer, he shared his day-to-day experiences which widened the scope of our understanding on leadership qualities. Following his talk, was the address by the guests of honour. Mr.R.Varadaraj, spoke to the gathering on “Right to lead”. His profound knowledge in history made it possible for him to quote instances which made the students understand the essence of leadership with an effortless ease. DrJ.S.Bhuvaneswaran, MD.DM.MBA, shared his views on the topic “Managing Yourself”. He nurtured the managerial spirit in each and every student with his lively talk. His speech on Emotional intelligence gave an insight to the students on how to manage oneself in every situation. Nevertheless the lesson he delivered for leading a healthy life was very enduring.
