Introduction
Jansons School of Business, Coimbatore started in 2002 is an icon of professional Management Training in Tamil Nadu by offering MBA program under the approval of AICTE and affiliated to Bharathiyar University.

Jansons School of Business (JSB) is a world class B School having a vision of being in the forefront of management education and research worldwide. JSB is a single discipline institute and offers MBA (Residential), M.Phil., Ph.D., and a few PG Diploma Programmes in its most modern state-of-the-art campus located 25 km from Coimbatore on the Coimbatore-Chennai National Highway in Tamilnadu, India. JSB is sponsored by the Jansons Business Group, a textile major with significant presence in Granites, and Health Care. JSB was founded with the ambition of developing trend-setters for industry who are also wealth creators.

Focus and Scope
As a Business School poised for rapid growth, Janson School of Business contemplates to launch its maiden half yearly publication of scholarly articles in emerging and developing areas in research, industry and governance, and to link with centres of excellence worldwide to provide authoritative coverage and references in focused and specialist fields. We have given the name Domain an indicative of a spring of knowledge to the concerned.

Domain’S goal is to foster and promote innovative thinking in the management and policy fields. We see the need for synergy and collaboration between these fields rather than segmentation and isolation. Hence, our objectives are to build new links, networks and collaborations between these communities of thinkers in order to stimulate and enhance creative and application-oriented problem solving for society. This might perhaps help serve a platform for expression of thoughts by professoriate colleagues, professionals, researchers and even students

Domain believes that its continued success lies in bringing together and establishing channels of communication between leading policy-makers and prominent experts in industry, commerce and related businesses as well as renowned academic and research institutions to facilitate solutions to address the key issues of the day.

The goal of Domain is to broaden the knowledge of business professionals and academicians by promoting free access and provide valuable insight to business-related information, research and ideas. Domain has drawn such resourceful persons from the field of academician and the industry to occupy the editorial board. To name the few,


Domain prides itself in ensuring the high quality and professional standards expected of its journals through pursuing a full double-blind refereeing process for ALL papers.

Formal Conditions
We suggest you to go through the formal conditions of acceptance of your work.

Papers will only be published in English. Each typescript must be accompanied by a statement that it has not been submitted for publication elsewhere in English, Previous presentation at a conference, or publication in another language, should be disclosed. All papers are refereed, and the Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to refuse any typescript, whether on invitation or otherwise, and to make suggestions and/or modifications before publication.

Typescripts which have been accepted become the property of the publisher. It is a condition of acceptance that copyright shall be vested in the publisher.

The publisher shall furnish authors of accepted papers with proofs for the correction of printing errors. The proofs shall be returned within 14 calendar days of submittal. The publishers shall not be held responsible for errors which are the result of authors' oversights.

Peer Process Review
ALL publications by Domain place great emphasis on the quality of the papers. Therefore it goes through the process of a full double bind referring process where

Papers are sent to 2-3 experts for their peer review

The reviewer’s recommendations determine whether a paper will be accepted /accepted subject to change/subject to re submission with significant changes/rejected.

For papers which require changes, the same reviewers will be used to ensure that the quality of the revised paper is acceptable.

Mode Of Despatch
If emailing, please send your contributions as attachments in MS Word or some other common word processor so as to retain your original formatting. When pasting formatted text into an email, formatting is often lost.

We also accept work on CD or DVD. Don't forget to include your name as you wish it to appear in print, a mailing address, phone and email address.
